این ویلا دوبلکس پنج خوابه مستر در روستای خورین واقع شده است که با رودهن حدود 15 کیلومتر با تهران حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات ویلا میتوان به استخر سرپوشیده و استخر روباز، جکوزی، میز بیلیارد، سیستم صوتی، آلاچیقی مدرن به همراه فضای نشیمن، تراس و حیاطی دلباز با زمین والیبال اشاره نمود.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای استخر، جکوزی، پذیرایی، تی وی روم، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و طبقه بالا دارای نشیمن، چهار اتاق خواب مستر و تراس می باشد.
گفتنی است که استخر این ویلا به یکدیگر متصل و نیمی به صورت روباز در حیاط و نیمی به صورت سرپوشیده در طبقه همکف می باشد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین نگهبان به صورت 24 ساعته در همسایگی سکونت دارد و جهت امنیت بیشتر دروزاه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی در حال ساخت و ساز می باشد.
آب مصرفی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می گردد لذا توصیه می شود که مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
