این ویلا استخردار دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است در فاصله حدود 11 کیلومتری رباط کریم در روستای انجم آباد واقع شده که با شهریار حدود 16 و با ورودی تهران حدود 28 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی و تفریحی ویلا می توان تاب فلزی و آلاچیق با میز و صندلی در حیاط را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان به صورت 24 ساعته در ورودی کوچه مستقر است.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی از چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
