این اتاق 30 متری مستر در مجموعه ای سه واحدی با چشم انداز طبیعت در روستای چشمه بید واقع شده که با شهر ایلام حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی اتاق به گونه ای است که دارای نشیمن سنتی و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که واحد فاقد آشپزخانه و امکانات پخت و پز است اما سفارش و سرو غذا در وعده های صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
از مشاعات مجموعه می توان حیاط دلباز، ایوان ورودی و سرویس ایرانی مشترک در حیاط را نام برد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 3g است.
گفتنی است حدود 800 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
