این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز در روستای سرکاج واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 7 کیلومتر و تا شهر نور حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب و بالکن قرار دارد.
همچنین در نظر داشته باشید کلبه دارای یک استخر کوچک با ابعاد 2.5 در 3.5 و عمق 1.4 و تصفیه اتوماتیک می باشد.
محوطه کلبه از سه طرف با دیوار و یک طرف با پوشش گیاهی محصور شده است، میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد و یک سگ نگهبان مهربان نیز در کوچه زندگی می کند.
