این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه در روستای خاله سرا واقع شده است که تا شهر اسالم حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی واحد به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، بالکن با چشم انداز رودخانه قرار گرفته است، در نظر داشته باشید ورودی بالکن از یک اتاق خواب تعبیه شده، ضمنا کلبه فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از سه طرف با دیوار و از طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده است، همچنین میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
