این ویلای دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در روستای رمنده واقع شده است که تا کردان حدود 20 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، سیستم صوتی، آتشدان، میز ایرهاکی و میز فوتبال دستی، فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یک خواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید ورودی استخر بیرون از فضای داخلی و در مجاورت درب ورودی تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی به فعالیت تجاری مشغول است، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته میباشد .
لازم به ذکر است آب لولهکشی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن میباشد، لذا توصیه میشود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 600 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت بهصورت 4g میباشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 600 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه بهصورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو میباشد.
