این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه با حیاط دلباز در شهر خشکبیجار واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، آتشدان، میز و صندلی و سیستم صوتی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و بالکن قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 800 متر ممکن است.
