این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای اولم با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از ماسال واقع شده است.
طراحی این کلبه به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و بالکن دنج قرار دارد، همچنین گفتنی است راه پله دسترسی به طبقه بالا فاقد نرده و حفاظ است لذا مراقب کودکان دلبندتان باشید.
محوطه اطراف کلبه از چهار طرف با سیم خاردار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
