این ویلا دو خوابه در روستای اسطلخ زیر واقع شده است که حدود 7 کیلومتر با شهر شاندرمن و حدود 12 کیلومتر با شهر ماسال فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در و بالکنی دلباز قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله 100 متری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 20 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی است.
