این اتاق مستر دو تخته در بلوار فدائیان اسلام شهر مشهد واقع شده که با حرم امام رضا حدود 2.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان چهار طبقه و 12 واحدی آسانسوردار قرار گرفته است.
طراحی اتاق به گونه ای است که دارای یک تخت دبل، یخچال، تلویزیون و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که فاقد سرویس ایرانی و امکانات پخت و پز می باشد.
از مشاعات مجموعه می توان به رستوران و کافه با سالن روباز اشاره کرد که در مجاورت ساختمان قرار گرفته و دسترسی به آن از طریق پله ممکن است.
