واحد دارای رخت خواب سنتی، پکیج و کولر آبی است، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید این اتاق فاقد امکانات پخت و پز می باشد ولی مهمانان گرامی می توانند با هماهنگی قبلی از آشپزخانه مشترک موجود در همین طبقه استفاده نمایند، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید ایوان به صورت مشترک با واحد مجاور استفاده می گردد.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به تخت سنتی و آلاچیق موجود در حیاط دلباز اقامتگاه و حمام و سرویس ایرانی واقع در طبقه دوم اشاره نمود.
محوطه با دیوار محصور شده است و نگهبان نیز در مجموعه حضور دارد، همچنین به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر، محوطه و ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
