This one-bedroom wooden cabin is located in a 25,000 square meter complex with a fish pond in the pleasant climate village of Nashroudkol, approximately 6 km from Sangar city and 20 km from Rasht city. The unit is situated on the second floor of a two-story, two-unit building, accessible via about 12 steps from outside. A cozy cafe is located on the ground floor. The interior design of the unit includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a Western-style toilet with a bathroom. Please note that the cabin does not have an Iranian-style toilet. The area around the complex is enclosed by a wall, and a caretaker is present on the premises. Common areas are shared with the caretaker and other guests. For enhanced security, the entrance and premises are equipped with CCTV cameras. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be provided with prior arrangement with the host and for an additional fee. It is important to note that the fish pond on the premises may be dry and empty of water and fish at certain times of the year. Please be aware that a part of the premises is currently under construction. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately one kilometer. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available. Please note that the last 50 meters leading to the accommodation is a dirt road and is accessible by car.
