این ویلا دو خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز در روستای کهریزک واقع شده است که تا کردان حدود 22 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 50 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، آلاچیق، آتشدان، میز و صندلی باغی، سیستم صوتی و سیستم نورپردازی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمیها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی میشود، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام و سرویس فرنگی این ویلا در اتاق خواب مستر تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و نگهبان 24 ساعته در کوچه حضور دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت بهصورت 4g میباشد.
با توجه به عدم وجود پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی این اقامتگاه انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و افراد دارای معلولیت جسمی میباشد.
