این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با فاصله نزدیکی از رودخانه در روستای سقیبن واقع شده است که تا شهر ماسوله حدود 10 کیلومتر و با شهر فومن حدود 22 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 15 پله از بیرون در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد و طبقه همکف نیمهکاره و غیرقابل استفاده میباشد.
اطراف حیاط با سیمخاردار محصور شده و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین حیاط و دروازه ورودی بهصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در محوطه این واحد از حیوانات اهلی و طیور نگهداری میشود که تداعیگر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 50 متر ممکن میباشد، همچنین روستا فاقد نانوایی است لذا توصیه میشود نان مصرفی خود را از قبل تهیه نمائید.
