این خانه مبله دو خوابه با ایوان نقلی و فاصله چند قدمی از رودخانه در روستای سخیبن در جاده ماسوله واقع شده که با شهر ماسوله حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 13 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده و میزبان در طبقه پایین سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و ورودی حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 200 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
