این خانه مبله دو خوابه در روستای کمالوند غلامعلی واقع شده است که تا شهر خرم‌آباد حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 18 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه قرار دارد که در طبقه همکف آن واحد تجاری تعبیه شده است.
طراحی خانه به گونه‌ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و حمام می‌باشد؛ در نظر داشته باشید سرویس در تراس و حمام در اتاق خواب قرار گرفته است.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در طبقه همکف به فعالیت تجاری مشغول می‌باشد؛ همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر، دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
