این ویلایی سه خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در روستای خوش آب و هوای مرکیه و در مجاورت جنگل و شالیزار واقع شده است که حدود 5 کیلومتر از شهر ماسال و حدود 7 کیلومتر با صومعه سرا فاصله دارد.
ویلا با طی حدود 8 پله به سمت بالا، شامل سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب و حمام مجهز به سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و فرنگی می‌ باشد و ورودی استخر نیز از داخل پارکینگ است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در برخی از مواقع در محوطه سکونت دارد، دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با میزبان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
گفتنی است حدود 30 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
