این ویلا دو خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است در حدود 5 کیلومتری شهر ماهدشت واقع شده است که حدود 30 کیلومتر با شهر کرج و کردان و حدود 38 کیلومتر با ورودی شهر تهران فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر با سقف متحرک، استخر کودک، آبنما، پل چوبی، آتشدان، تاب دو نفره و آلاچیق اشاره کرد که فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمیها فراهم نموده است.
