این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه با فاصله چند قدمی از ساحل دریا در روستای میانده پایین از توابع خاله سرا واقع شده است که حدود 6 کیلومتر با شهر اسالم فاصله دارد.
این کلبه در مجاورت کلبه های دیگر و باغ کیوی قرار گرفته، همچنین طراحی آن به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا نیز، یک اتاق خواب بدون در و بالکن دنج قرار دارد.
اطراف مجموعه با دیوار محصور می باشد ولی فضای بین کلبه ها فاقد حصار است و سرایدار نیز در محوطه مستقر می باشد که ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با ایشان و مهمانان کلبه های دیگر استفاده می گردد، همچنین یک سگ نگهبان مهربان در مجموعه حضور دارد.
در نظر داشته باشید آب مصرفی اقامتگاه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو الی سه کیلومتری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
