This one-bedroom suite is located in the pleasant village of Fashtakeh Aval, approximately 20 km from Bandar Anzali city.
The unit is situated on the second floor of a two-story, two-unit building, accessible via approximately 15 steps. Please note that there is a semi-finished, unusable unit on the ground floor.
The unit's design includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, a terrace, and a Western-style toilet with a shower. An Iranian-style toilet is also available in the yard.
The yard is enclosed by a wall, and the entrance gate and yard are shared with the other unit, but the staircase is separate. Additionally, there is a building under construction nearby.
Please note that the tap water in the accommodation is not suitable for drinking; therefore, it is recommended that guests bring their own bottled water.
For daily necessities, a supermarket is accessible by traveling approximately 500 meters, and a bakery by approximately 700 meters.
Mobile network coverage for Irancell is good for calls and 4G internet access, but calls and internet for Hamrah-e Aval are weak.
It should be noted that the last 80 meters leading to the accommodation is a gravel road, accessible by car.
