This two-bedroom Swiss cottage is located on the route to Dalakhani forest, in Latte village, approximately 18 km from Ramsar city. The unit is built on a slope and accessed via about 15 steps. The lower floor includes a living room, kitchen, a spacious terrace with garden table and chairs, and a Western-style toilet with a bathroom. The upper floor features two bedrooms and another terrace. Please note, the cottage does not have an Iranian (squat) toilet. The surrounding area is designed in a rural style, without walls or gates. Kindly note that there is a semi-finished unit on the ground floor, but no construction work is currently underway. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately four kilometers. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available. It is important to note that the last two kilometers leading to the accommodation is a dirt road, which is accessible by car.
