این ویلای دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است در محوطه ای شهرکی در رویان واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود 250 متر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 7 پله از حیاط دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که تنها حمام ویلا در یک اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در ورودی شهرک مستقر است.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه شهرک مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
