این ویلا دو خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز و درختکاری شده در روستای فشتکه واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا و شهر خمام حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر کنسول بازی، آتشدان و میز و صندلی به همراه حلقه بسکتبال و تور والیبال فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد شامل ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی می شود همچنین در حیاط یک حمام با سرویس ایرانی قرار گرفته است.
