این ویلا یکخوابه با حیاطی محوطه سازی شده در روستای انل واقع شده است که تا شهر رضوانشهر حدود 28 کیلومتر و با ساحل دریا حدود 33 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 8 پله در طبقه پایین شامل ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می‌شود و در طبقه بالا فضای خواب قرار گرفته است، در نظر داشته باشید این ویلا فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده است و میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گازکشی شهری می‌باشد و سوخت این ویلا از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می‌شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 50 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 2 کیلومتر ممکن است.
