این ویلا دوبلکس چهار خوابه که سه اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در روستای خورین واقع شده است که تا رودهن حدود 10 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات ویلا می توان به استخر روباز، میز فوتبال دستی، زمین والیبال و سیستم صوتی اشاره کرد که فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی قرار دارد، در طبقه بالا مینی آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب (دو خواب مستر) و تراس تعبیه شده است.
حیاط ویلا محصور بوده و سرایدار نیز در اتاقک سرایداری واقع در ابتدای حیاط سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لولهکشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن میباشد، لذا توصیه میشود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است ولی همراه اول فاقد آنتن دهی و پوشش اینترنت مناسب می باشد.
با توجه به عدم وجود پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی این اقامتگاه انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و افراد دارای معلولیت جسمی می باشد.
