این کلبه سوئیسی بالکن دار با حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز در مجاورت دو کلبه دیگر در روستای کلیج خیل واقع شده که با شهر شیرگاه حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 3 پله، در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، تراس، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب و بالکن نقلی قرار دارد، در نظر داشته باشید که یک سرویس ایرانی در حیاط مشترک قرار گرفته است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در همین محوطه سکونت دارد که ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک با نگهبان و مهمانان واحد های مجاور مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
