این ویلا دو خوابه در منطقه روستایی و ییلاقی فلورد واقع شده است که با پل سفید حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی و تراس دلباز می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب دلباز قرار دارد.
محوطه از سه طرف با دیوار محصور شده و طرف دیگر منتهی به یک باغ منتهی می باشد، سرایدار نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد و همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود دو الی سه کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 100 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی است.
مسیر دسترسی، جاده ای کوهستانی و آسفالته است با پیچ های تند و شیب ملایم که نیازمند سلامت فنی خودرو می باشد، مه غلیظ یک پدیده رایج در این جاده است که دید را محدود می‌کند. رانندگی با احتیاط و استفاده از چراغ مه‌شکن ضروری است و ترجیحا به نحوی برنامه ریزی شود که در نور روز به مقصد برسید.
