این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاط دلباز در روستای سوها واقع شده است که تا شهر نمین حدود30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می‌شود و در نظر داشته باشید در یکی از کمد های دیواری اتاق قفل می باشد و در اختیار مهمانان قرار نمی گیرد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد و با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در همسایگی این واحد از حیوانات اهلی و طیور نگهداری می‌شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 400 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به‌صورت 4g می‌باشد.
