این ویلای جنگلی دو خوابه در روستای سلمال واقع شده است که تا شهر جواهرده حدود 2 کیلومتر و تا شهر رامسر حدود 25 کیلومتری فاصله دارد.
ساختمان روی شیب زمین بنا شده، محوطه پارکینگ با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت مصرفی از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 300 متر ممکن است.
