این سوئیت یکخوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوایی جواهرده با فاصله حدود 25 کیلومتری از رامسر واقع شده است.
این سوئیت در مجاورت سوئیت دیگر و با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه و سه واحدی قرار دارد که تراس دنج آن دارای چشم انداز بینظیر جنگلی می باشد.
