این خانه مبله دو خوابه با چشم انداز کوهستان در روستای اورامان تخت واقع شده است که حدود 60 کیلومتر از مریوان فاصله دارد.
این خانه با دسترسی حدود 10 پله به سمت پایین در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان 3 طبقه و سه واحدی قرار دارد، ساختمان این واحد مانند اکثر ساختمان های اورامان در شیب زمین بنا شده است.
فضای داخلی خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و دو اتاق خواب می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که یک اتاق مجهز به حمام می باشد و یک حمام و سرویس ایرانی نیز خارج از خانه تعبیه شده اند.
میزبان در طبقه بالای ساختمان سکونت دارد اما دروازه ورودی به صورت مستقل توسط مهمانان استفاده می شود، برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر نیز دوربین مداربسته به کوچه اشراف دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با فاصله حدود 100 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 400 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
