این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه با استخر سرپوشیده، به همراه بالکنی با چشم انداز کوه در روستای آلیان واقع شده که با شهر فومن حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف استخر قرار دارد، در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 8 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در نیم طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و بالکن قرار دارد.
در نظر داشته باشید که استخر دارای دو ورودی مختلف می باشد که ورودی اول در پذیرایی تعبیه شده و یک ورودی دیگر در حیاط قرار گرفته و دسترسی به آن از طریق سه پله امکان پذیر است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نماینده میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری استفاده نمایند.
