این خانه دو خوابه با فاصله حدود 550 متری از حرم حضرت معصومه در شهر قم واقع شده است.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 7 پله رو به پایین در طبقه زیر همکف یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی قرار گرفته که فضای داخلی آن دارای آشپزخانه، نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر راه پله و ورودی ساختمان مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است، همچنین با توجه به بافت منطقه، نیاز است خودرو خود را سر کوچه پارک نمائید و مسافت حدود 20 متری تا ورودی مجموعه را به صورت پیاده طی کنید.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی منطقه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
