By booking the cottages in this tourist village, which overlook the unparalleled views of the mountains and Valasht Lake, it is possible to enjoy and use the aerial bicycle (zip bicycle) and benefit from the children's play park and playground for an additional fee, which will create a memorable stay for you.
This cottage is located in a complex of 25 units. Its interior space includes a living area, one bedroom, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a heating package, a split air conditioner, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. The unit lacks cooking facilities, but food service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is possible with prior arrangement and an additional fee.
Among the shared amenities and facilities of this complex are a Western restaurant, a coffee shop, a food court, a traditional tea house, a hypermarket, a floating boat dock, and Iranian restrooms.
A 24-hour security unit is stationed in the complex, and for additional security, the entrance and surrounding area are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Please note that after parking your car in the yard, you will need to climb about 10 steps to reach the cottage entrance. Therefore, this unit is not recommended for guests with disabilities and elderly individuals.
It is worth mentioning that the tap water in the area is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so it is recommended to bring mineral water with you or purchase it from the complex's hypermarket.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G.
It should be noted that approximately 5 kilometers of the road leading to the cottage is unpaved and has a relatively steep incline, but it is passable with all types of vehicles.
