این ویلا تریپلکس با چهار اتاق خواب که دو اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد در روستای بازان واقع شده است و با شهر آستانه اشرفیه حدود 5 کیلومتر و با شهر لاهیجان 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
