This two-bedroom villa, one of which is a master bedroom with a bathtub, is located in Abbas Abad village, approximately 25 km from Kordan and about 57 km from the entrance to Tehran city. Facilities such as an indoor pool, foosball table, sound system, relaxing swing, and garden table and chairs in the yard provide a suitable space for gatherings and evening parties for guests. The villa's design includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one master), and a pool entrance. Please note that the only Iranian toilet in the unit is located in the pool area. The yard is enclosed by a wall, and a caretaker resides nearby. Additionally, there is an unfinished building nearby, but no construction is currently underway. It should be noted that the tap water in the accommodation is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so it is recommended that guests bring bottled water with them. For daily necessities, access to a supermarket and bakery is possible by traveling a distance of about 500 meters. Mobile network coverage for both Irancell and Hamrah Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G. It should be noted that the last 300 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road and accessible by car.
