این ویلا دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر به همراه وان است در روستای عباس آباد واقع شده که تا کردان حدود 25 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 57 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز فوتبال دستی، سیستم صوتی و تاب ریلکسی، میز و صندلی باغی، و آب نما در حیاط فضای مناسبی برای دورهمی و شب نشینی های شبانه مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب ( یکخواب مستر ) و ورودی استخر می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید تنها سرویس ایرانی واحد در محوطه استخر تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و سرایدار در نزدیکی سکونت دارد، ضمنا در نزدیکی ساختمان نیمه کاره قرار دارد که در حال حاضر ساخت و سازی انجام نمی شود.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 300 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
