این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه مستر با حیاط دلباز در روستای سیاهدرویشان واقع شده است که تا شهر صومعه سرا حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر سیستم صوتی و صندلی راک فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی‌ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله شامل ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و حیاط خلوت می‌شود، در نظر داشته باشید درب یخچال داخل اتاق خواب قفل می باشد، همچنین اتاق خواب دوم این واحد در اختیار مهمانان قرار نمی گیرد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می‌شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می‌باشد، لذا توصیه می‌شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
