این خانه مبله دو خوابه در روستای خوش آب و هوای یالبندان واقع شده است که تا شهر کلارآباد و نمک آبرود حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
بالکن دنج این خانه به همراه میز و صندلی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و شب نشینی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
این خانه با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد و میزبان در طبقه دوم ساکن است، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
