این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه با وان جکوزی در محوطه ای شهرکی در متل قو واقع شده است.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی کلبه می توان سیستم صوتی و میز و صندلی در ایوان ورودی را نام برد.
کلبه در مجاورت 4 واحد دیگر قرار گرفته که محوطه بصورت مشترک با مهمانان واحد های دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، توجه داشته باشید که واحد مجاور بصورت نیمه ساز و در حال ساخت می باشد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 4 پله از حیاط، در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون درب قرار دارد، در نظر داشته باشید که کلبه فاقد سرویس ایرانی است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان 24 ساعته در همین محوطه سکونت دارد.
