This one-bedroom cottage, featuring Canadian-style architecture and a spacious terrace, is located adjacent to another cottage within a tourist complex in Qareh Qach village. It is approximately 20 km from Semirom city and 70 km from Shahreza city. The cottage's design places the living room, a sink, a foldable double bed, and a bathroom with a Western toilet on the lower floor, accessible by about 4 steps. The upper floor features an open-plan bedroom (without a door) and a terrace. Access to the upper terrace is also possible via the stairs on the porch. Please note that the cottage does not have a kitchen or cooking facilities. Guests are welcome to use the complex's restaurant. Food service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available with prior arrangement with the host and at an additional cost. Recreational facilities such as horseback riding, safari, quad bikes, and more, all located close to the complex, can be arranged with prior notice and separate payment. Shared amenities of this complex include a cafe-restaurant area, grounds, and parking. An Iranian-style toilet is also provided in the common area. The complex's courtyard is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and a 24-hour guard is present on the premises. For enhanced security, the entrance gate and courtyard are equipped with CCTV cameras. It is worth noting that the pool on the grounds is for agricultural purposes and is used for irrigating trees. For daily necessities, guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately 200 meters away. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available. Please be aware that the complex operates under the supervision of the Semirom Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization, and all guests are covered by insurance after check-in.
