This cozy cottage is nestled in a lush, green environment in Aberdeh village, approximately 4 km from Shandiz and 39 km from Mashhad city. The cottage features a design where the ground floor includes a living room, a kitchen (without cooking facilities), a bathroom with an Iranian-style toilet, and a balcony. On the first mezzanine, there is a sleeping area and another balcony. Additionally, the second mezzanine offers an attic room and a cozy balcony. The complex's surrounding area is enclosed by a wall, and a guard resides on the premises. For enhanced security, the entrance and grounds are equipped with CCTV cameras. Please note that four other cottages and a restaurant within the complex are currently undergoing completion and preparation. Therefore, you may observe workers' activities and construction operations in the vicinity during certain hours of the day. Also, the pool shown in the images is inactive and is for photography purposes only. Esteemed guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately 100 meters from the cottage for their daily necessities. Mobile network coverage for both Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is good for calls. Internet access is 4G for Irancell and 3G for Hamrah-e Avval.
