این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه بر روی شیب زمین در روستای جنت رودبار واقع شده است که تا شهر رامسر حدود 55 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
در نظر داشته باشید این خانه فاقد سیستم سرمایشی و گازکشی شهری می‌باشد همچنین سوخت این خانه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می‌شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1.5 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به‌صورت 4g می‌باشد.
