The yard is enclosed on one side by a wall and on three sides by a fence. The host resides nearby, and a caretaker lives on the premises. For enhanced security, the area and the entrance gate are equipped with CCTV cameras. Please note that the tap water at the accommodation is not suitable for drinking. Guests are therefore advised to bring their own bottled water. For daily necessities, a supermarket is accessible within approximately 150 meters. The area does not have a bakery. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G. It is important to note that the last 150 meters leading to the accommodation is a dirt road, which is accessible by car.
