این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه با حیاط دلباز در گردنه حیران واقع شده است که تا شهر آستارا و ساحل دریا حدود 37 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز فوتبال دستی و سیستم صوتی فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی‌ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه همکف شامل پذیرایی با ورودی استخر و آشپزخانه می‌شود و در طبقه بالا فضای نشیمن، سه اتاق خواب،حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی، بالکن و تراس قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می‌باشد.
