این خانه دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در مسیر جاده دوهزار و روستای ییلاقی برسه واقع شده است که حدود 30 کیلومتر تا شهر تنکابن فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 50 پله در طبقه‌ ی سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه‌ سه واحدی قرار گرفته که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یک اتاق مستر)، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و بالکن با چشم انداز زیبا می باشد، همچنین گفتنی است این خانه فاقد سیستم سرمایش است.
محوطه خانه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همین ساختمان سکونت دارد، همچنین ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با مهمانان واحد دیگر استفاده می گردد.
در نظر داشته باشید به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط، ورودی و راه پله مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه‌ی خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله‌ی حدود 150 متری استفاده نمایند.
