این خانه دو خوابه بالکن دار در مجاورت رودخانه زاینده رود در منطقه گورکولی واقع شده که با باغ بهادران حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد در طبقه زیر همکف یک ساختمان سه طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد و با توجه به قرارگیری ساختمان بر روی شیب جاده، برای دسترسی به این واحد لازم است تا حدود 10 پله را به سمت پایین طی نمایید.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای بالکن، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین با پیمودن حدود 25 پله به سمت پایین به بستر رودخانه دسترسی خواهید داشت.
محوطه ساختمان از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
