این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است در محیطی شهرکی در بلوار دریاگوشه واقع شده که با متل قو و ساحل دریا حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخرسرپوشیده، جکوزی، میزفوتبال دستی، سیستم صوتی و میز وصندلی باغی به همراه سایبان فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمیها فراهم نموده است.
