این کلبه سوئیسی چهار خوابه روستای خوش آب و هوای واقع شده است که حدود 19 کیلومتر با نوشهر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و بالکن دنج قرار دارد، همچنین در طبقه سوم یک اتاق خواب و تراس دلباز تعبیه شده است.
حیاط کلبه از دو طرف با فنس محصور شده و دو طرف دیگر منتهی به جنگل است و نگهبان نیز در محوطه پشت ساختمان کلبه حضور دارد.
