این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در روستای چپرپرد زمان از توابع منطقه آزاد انزلی واقع شده است که با شهر بندرانزلی حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا در طبقه همکف با دسترسی حدود 3 پله شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه دوم دو اتاق خواب (یک اتاق مستر) قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دوربین مداربسته مشرف به حیاط و کوچه است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر در دسترس هستند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
