این سوئیت یکخوابه در منطقه صیقل محله در روستای جواهرده و با فاصله حدود 25 کیلومتری شهرستان رامسر واقع شده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 12 پله از حیاط در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار کوتاه و فنس محصور شده است و میزبان در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد.
